College & Career Readiness

Aggie Next Step

is a 4‑H Youth Development program designed to help young people confidently navigate their education and career choices after high school. Created for 4-H youth programming, middle and high school classrooms, youth organizations, homeschool groups, and community‑based programs, it builds on the strong 4‑H tradition of preparing youth for their future.

Through targeted college- and career-readiness lessons and experiential activities, youth will:

EXPLORE  real-world career clusters and diverse industries.

DEVELOP  transferable skills valued across workplaces.

DEEPEN  their understanding of postsecondary pathways.

CREATE  a personalized plan to support their success in education, career, and life.
